• Rocket designed and built by students of the AIAA Panther Rocketry Team for the 2022 Spaceport America Cup/2023 Friends of Amateur Rocketry 10k feet commercial motor competitions

• Main body constructed out of fiberglass

• Ejection tests performed to ensure a safe recovery of the vehicle

• Ejection tests utilized pyrodex and e-matches to separate the main rocket body from the avionics bay and deploy the parachutes

• The first test launch of the rocket was unsuccessful due to a hole in the avionics bulkhead leading to the recovery system not fully deploying resulting in a partial loss of the vehicle

• Lessons from this launch will be applied to future models to ensure all risks can be mitigated
